At Amazon.com, Philips DVP5982 1080p Upscaling DVD Player for $59 with Free Shipping. I am using this everyday with USB Memory sticks to play .AVI files. It works great and you can’t get any HDMI Upscaling DVD Player for this Price with ability to play from USB Port.
